常温直接沉淀法制备ZnO纳米棒   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:11  
在常温下, 以PEG-400(聚乙二醇400)为表面活性剂, 采用直接沉淀法合成了ZnO纳米棒. 产物用XRD, TEM, SAED和 HRTEM等进行了表征. 结果表明, 所得ZnO为一维的纳米棒, 属于六方纤维矿的单晶结构. ZnO纳米棒的直径在20~40 nm之间, 长度在300~800 nm范围. (0001)面为ZnO纳米棒的生长方向. 讨论了ZnO相的生成和ZnO纳米棒的形成机理以及PEG-400在其形成过程中的作用.  相似文献

This paper deals with the analysis of the temperature dependence of high-frequency EMR (HF-EMR) spectra due to Mn3+ and Mn4+ ions in the lithium manganese spinel LiMn2O4. A range of powder samples obtained by the sol-gel method with calcinations in several temperature ranges were prepared for this study. Based on the initial characterization carried out by a number of techniques, the physicochemical and structural properties of the samples were earlier determined. Independently, temperature magnetization and HF-EMR measurements were carried out. The EMR spectra vary strongly between samples, indicating possible structural or chemical changes. Quantitative analysis of the temperature dependence of the HF-EMR spectra due to Mn3+ and Mn4+ ions in LiMn2O4 is presented in this paper. The spectral analysis concerns the line shape, linewidth, intensity and g-factors. Fittings using the Lorentzian spectral shape and, to a certain extent, the Gaussian spectral shape have been carried out in order to parameterize the temperature dependence of the HF-EMR spectra. This parameterization of the HF-EMR experimental data enables a deeper characterization of the samples. Subsequently, a better insight into the role of the Mn3+ and Mn4+ ions in accounting for the characteristics most suitable for application of LiMn2O4 as a cathode material may be gained.  相似文献

Two dendritic reversible addition-fragmentation transfer (RAFT) agents with 8 and 16 terminal dithiobenzoate (DTB) groups on the surface of poly(propylene imine) (PPI) dendrimers (generation 2.0 and 3.0, respectively) were successively prepared, and they were used in the RAFT polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAM). The polymerization kinetics was confirmed to pseudo-first-order behavior. The 1H NMR and GPC analyses show that the dendrimer-star den (NIPAAM)x (x = 8 or 16) prepared by RAFT method has well-defined structure, controlled molecular weight and low polydispersities (PDI < 1.3). The aqueous solution prepared from dendrimer-star PNIPAAM showed reversible changes in optical properties: transparent below a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) and opaque above the LCST.  相似文献

Crystalline [Y(OH2)3(NCMe)(benzo-15-crown-5)][ClO4]3·benzo-15-crown-5-CH3CN can be obtained by slowly cooling a reaction mixture of Y(ClO4)3·n H2O with benzo-15-crown-5 in a solution of acetonitrile and methanol (3 : 1) from 60°C to room temperature. The crystal structure of this complex has been determined at –150 and 20°C. The complex is triclinic,P . At –150°C the cell parameters area = 11.986(4),b = 12.071(7),c = 16.364(5) Å, = 93.56(3), = 98.68(3), = 109.68(4)°, vol = 2187 Å3, andD calc = 1.61 g cm–3 forZ = 2 formula units. 3633 independently observed [F o 5(F o)] reflections were used in the final least-squares refinement leading to an agreement index ofR = 0.048. The Y(III) ion coordination geometry approximates a tricapped trigonal prism with three water molecules and three benzo-15-crown-5 oxygen atoms forming the prism, with the two remaining benzo-15-crown-5 oxygen atoms and the acetonitrile molecule completing the coordination as capping atoms. The three water molecules hydrogen bond a second crown ether molecule and two of the perchlorate anions. The two acetonitrile molecules have contacts with perchlorate oxygen atoms close enough for some weak interaction. One perchlorate is ordered, one is partially disordered as is the coordinated solvent molecule, and the third anion is totally disordered. The two unique crown ether molecules have distinctively different conformations.For Part 20, see reference [1].  相似文献

A theoretical model for the dynamic surface tension of an air bubble expanding in micellar surfactant solution is proposed. The model accounts for the effect of expansion of the bubble surface during the adsorption of surfactant molecules (monomers) and the effect of disintegration of polydisperse micelles on the surfactant diffusion. Assuming small deviations from equilibrium and constant rate of expansion analytical expression for the surface tension and the subsurface concentration of monomers as a function of time is derived. The characteristic time of micellization is computed from the experimental data for two surfactants (sodium dodecyl sulfate and nonylphenol polyglycol ether) obtained by the maximum bubble pressure method.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论研究了氢原子的污染对于Ru(0001)表面结构的影响. 通过PAW(projector-augmented wave)总能计算研究了p(1×1)、p(1×2)、(3^(1/2)×3^(1/2))R30°和p(2×2)等几种氢原子覆盖度下的吸附结构, 以及在上述结构下Ru(0001)面fcc(面心立方)格点和hcp(六方密堆)格点的氢原子吸附. 所得结果表明, 在p(1×1)-H、p(1×2)-H、(3^(1/2)×3^(1/2))R30°-H和p(2×2)-H几种H原子覆盖度下, 以p(1×1)-H结构单个氢原子吸附能为最大. 在p(1×1)-H吸附结构下,由于氢原子吸附导致的Ru(0001) 表面第一层Ru 原子收缩的理论计算数值分别为-1.11%(hcp 吸附)和-1.55%(fcc 吸附), 因此实际上最有可能的情况是两种吸附方式都有一定的几率. 而实验中观察到的“清洁”Ru(0001)表面实际上是有少量氢原子污染的表面. 不同覆盖度和氢分压下氢原子吸附的污染对Ru(0001)表面结构有极大的影响,其表面的各种特性都会随覆盖度的不同而产生相应的变化.  相似文献

Cytochrome c (Cyt‐c) adsorbed in the electrical double layer of the Ag electrode/electrolyte interface has been studied by stationary and time‐resolved surface‐enhanced resonance Raman spectroscopy to analyse the effect of strong electric fields on structure and reaction equilibria and dynamics of the protein. In the potential range between +0.1 and ?0.55 V (versus saturated calomel electrode), the adsorbed Cyt‐c forms a potential‐dependent reversible equilibrium between the native state B1 and a conformational state B2. The redox potentials of the bis‐histidine‐coordinated six‐coordinated low‐spin and five‐coordinated high‐spin substates of B2 were determined to be ?0.425 and ?0.385 V, respectively, whereas the additional six‐coordinated aquo‐histidine‐coordinated high‐spin substate was found to be redox‐inactive. The redox potential for the conformational state B1 was found to be the same as in solution in agreement with the structural identity of the adsorbed B1 and the native Cyt‐c. For all three redox‐active species, the formal heterogeneous electron transfer rate constants are small and of the same order of magnitude (3–13 s?1), which implies that the rate‐limiting step is largely independent of the redox‐site structure. These findings, as well as the slow and potential‐dependent transitions between the various conformational (sub‐)states, can be rationalized in terms of an electric field‐induced increase of the activation energy for proton‐transfer steps linked to protein structural reorganisation. Further increasing the electric field strength by shifting the electrode potential above +0.1 V leads to irreversible structural changes that are attributed to an unfolding of the polypeptide chain.  相似文献

Colloidal silica was chemically modified by a two-step method including an olefin sulfonation route as a preliminary study for super-hydrophilic applications. The hydrophobic vinyl groups were initially bonded chemically to the hydroxylated silica surface using the trichlorosilane coupling agents. The vinyl-terminated silica was then sulfonated by addition reaction with chlorosulfonic acid. The modified silica was investigated using DRIFT, TGA, element analysis, solid-state 29Si- and 13C CP-MAS NMR. The vinyl-terminated specimen showed a characteristic IR absorption band at 1600 cm–1 and a weight loss of approximately 3% starting at 350°C while the 29Si NMR peaks at 70.9 and 79.8 ppm and 13C NMR at 136 ppm and 129.8 ppm were assigned to a vinyl group bonded to silica. Elemental analysis of the sulfonated silica indicated the presence of sulfur, carbon and hydrogen. Thermal decomposition in range 150–600°C was due to the presence of sulfonated organics and unreacted vinyl groups while the new signals on 13C NMR, which were in the range 70–15 ppm, were assigned to sulfonated carbons.  相似文献

An intercrosslinked network of cyanate ester (CE)-bismaleimide (BMI) modified epoxy matrix system was made by using epoxy resin, 1,3-dicyanatobenzene and bismaleimide (N,N-bismaleimido-4,4-diphenyl methane) with diaminodiphenylmethane as curing agent. BMI-CE-epoxy matrices were characterised using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and heat deflection temperature (HDT) analysis. The matrices, in the form of castings, were characterised for their mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength and unnotched Izod impact test as per ASTM methods. Mechanical studies indicated that the introduction of cyanate ester into epoxy resin improves the toughness and flexural strength with reduction in tensile strength and glass transition temperature, whereas the incorporation of bismaleimide into epoxy resin influences the mechanical and thermal properties according to its percentage content. DSC thermograms of cyanate ester as well as BMI modified epoxy resin show an unimodal reaction exotherm. Electrical properties were studied as per ASTM method and the morphology of the BMI modified epoxy and CE-epoxy systems were studied by scanning electron microscope.  相似文献
